1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using assignmenthire.com (the "Site") or contacting Assignment Hire ("we," "us," "our") through WhatsApp or otherwise, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

2. Description of our services

Assignment Hire is an independent nursing exam preparation and tutoring service. We provide personalized tutoring, original practice questions, structured study plans, and exam-day technical preparation and help, arranged individually with each client over WhatsApp.

We are not a school, testing vendor, or certifying body, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of ATI Testing, Elsevier/HESI, the National League for Nursing (NLN), Credentia, the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN), the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses (AACN), the Board of Certification for Emergency Nursing (BCEN), the American Board of Neuroscience Nursing (ABNN), the National Certification Corporation (NCC), or any nursing program.

3. What we do not do

Assignment Hire does not, under any circumstance:

• Register you for any exam or administer any exam
• Take, sit, or complete an exam on a client's behalf
• Provide answers or assistance during a live exam session
• Help a client bypass proctoring, identity verification, or exam security measures
• Guarantee a passing score or any specific result

You agree that you will not request any of the above from us, and that you are solely responsible for complying with your exam provider's and nursing program's academic integrity and testing policies.

4. Eligibility and your responsibilities

You are responsible for confirming your own eligibility, registration requirements, and testing format directly with your exam provider or nursing program. You are responsible for your own conduct during any exam, including compliance with all applicable testing rules and academic integrity policies. Use of our tutoring and study materials to violate an exam provider's or school's policies is entirely at your own risk and against the intended use of our services.

5. No guarantees

We do not guarantee that use of our services will result in a passing score, admission to any program, or any particular outcome. Study results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own preparation, the exam's difficulty, and factors specific to you.

6. Payment

Where applicable, payment for our services is due after you have taken your exam — not before, and regardless of your result. Specific payment amounts and methods are arranged directly with you and are not published on this Site. We do not collect payment card, bank account, or government ID details through WhatsApp.

7. Communication over WhatsApp

Our services are arranged through WhatsApp, a third-party messaging platform operated by Meta. Your use of WhatsApp is subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy, which are separate from these Terms. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or performance of WhatsApp as a platform.

8. Intellectual property

Practice questions, study materials, and other original content we create for you are provided for your personal exam-preparation use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or reproduced for others without our permission. All exam and certification names referenced on this Site are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Assignment Hire is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, including exam results, admission decisions, or actions taken by an exam provider or nursing program.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page, with an updated "Last updated" date above.

11. Governing law
