Study needs change quickly as an exam date approaches, and WhatsApp lets us respond and adjust your plan without an account, a support ticket, or a login. It's also how we handle exam-day technical questions in real time.
Before you message us
It helps to know your exam (or target program), your expected test date, and which subjects or sections you're finding hardest — but none of this is required to start a conversation.
What we won't ask for
We will never ask you for passwords, exam-portal login credentials, payment card details, or government ID numbers over WhatsApp.
